The HFU nickname for a group of entertaining New England fishermen who frequent various parts of the HF spectrum, including legal HF SSB marine frequencies, the 6765 kHz to 7000 kHz "43 meter band", the 49 meter broadcast band, etc., complaining about both their fishing work as well as family life.

They're a subclass of Pescadores also known as Peskies, the HFU term for fishermen and other outbanders often heard on the HF spectrum.
