Weiner operated the infamous Radio Newyork International in 1987. WBCQ broadcasts on 5110, 7490, 9330, and 15420 KHz.

The FCC made WBCQ vacate their original out-of-band frequency 7415 kHz on Oct 24, 2011, to make way for a Civil Air Patrol fixed communications system on 7416 kHz.
