Modulation was already poor in August 2022 and had deteriorated significantly as of October 2022. It disappeared some time in November 2022 but has returned as of January 2023. Reception on KiwiSDR's in Brazil is very poor, which makes sense with a power of 13 watts. It operates daily during the daylight hours in Brazil.
