Locomotive Radio is a North American shortwave pirate. It was first heard in November 2017, made another broadcast in December 2017, then went silent until September 2022. The station operator has had difficulties getting the transmitters to work probably (a Lulu Stretchyman and a kit as of December 2017, it is unknown if those are still in use). Music choice has been highly variable. Identifications use a train whistle and a robot YL voice. The station operator has an account on the HFU under the username Locomotiveradio. It offers eQSL's for reception reports sent to locomotiveradio@gmail.com
