An inside joke in the pirate radio community. Mainly promoted by Commander Bunny, the operator of WBNY, which claims to be leading a revolution against the Monkeys, their term for human beings. In mid 2007, Cmdr Bunny announced that he was running for president, with Kracker as his candidate for Vice President.
