Voice Of The Unknown Monkey Spanker was a shortwave pirate radio station active in the late 1990s. The station was hosted by "Uncle Spanky" and featured original music, e.g. "Spanking the monkey for free radio," and other programming related to "monkey spanking." Uncle Spanky was joined in the studio by "Harry Balls." The station used the Providence maildrop.
