This station was first reported on October 25, 2008, with music and SSTV.Al Fansome, computer guru and DXer extraordinaire, determined that the image transmitted was actually a QR_Code.
You can run it through this online QR Decoder to produce the encoded text (after first adjusting the image so that it is a square again, as shown below):
