WBCQ QSL.
WBCQ is a legally licensed shortwave station located in Monticello, Maine. WBCQ is owned by Allan Weiner, who has a long association with pirate radio stations and pirate operators. Weiner operated the infamous Radio Newyork International in 1987. WBCQ broadcasts on 7415 KHz, amongst other frequencies.
