Allan Weiner is the owner of WBCQ. He is famous for operating many pirate radio stations over the last 30 years. While WBCQ is now a legitimate shortwave operation, Allan maintains an association with the radio underground. He hosts a popular weekly call-in show on WBCQ, Allan Weiner Worldwide.
